FunFresh Foods Recalls Product Due To Possible E. Coli Contamination

San Clemente, CA — FunFresh Foods, Inc. has announced a recall of its 6-ounce packages of World Berries Organic Cacao Nibs because of possible E. Twelve-Year-Old Boy Crushed To Death By Electric Gate

New York City –A 12-year-old boy was crushed by an electric gate at an apartment complex on Sunday.  Yakim McDaniels and other children were trying to see who could hang onto the gate the longest before jumping off.  The child’s hand was caught in the gate and his upper body was crushed against the frame. Florida- Seven of the thirteen people charged in the hazing death of a Florida University student have turned themselves over to authorities. Robert Champion was the victim of a violent beating that resulted in his death after the marching band of Florida A&M performed at a football game. New York — The New York police are looking for two thieves who stole an iPhone from an A train rider in Brooklyn last month.  The pair were caught on surveillance video when they left the train station at Utica Ave.  The incident occurred on April 5 at about 10:30 p.m.  The 22-year-old victim gave the two his iPhone when they threatened to harm him physically. Transgender Woman Cited For Using Women’s Restroom

Dallas, TX –A transgender woman was cited for disorderly conduct for using a women’s restroom at Parkland Hospital.  Paula Witherspoon, 56, entered the bathroom, used a stall, washed her hands and left.  She was possibly the only person in the bathroom at the time.  The complaint was made by a woman sitting in a waiting room outside the bathroom. Construction Worker Injured When Scaffolding Collapses

National City, CA–A scaffolding accident at the Office Depot in National City resulted in the serious injury of a construction worker.  The workers were remodeling the front entrance of the building when the accident occurred.  The scaffolding was set up so that customers could still enter the store.  Large wood planks surrounded the entrance.  The scaffolding fell on the worker who was working underneath it.  Other workers at the scene helped to dig out their fellow worker until the fire department and paramedics arrived.  The injured worker was taken to ...

Evanston, IL –The manager of A.J. Mini-Mart and his girlfriend, an employee at the same store and the adjacent A.J. Seguin, TX — An accident involving a school bus, a big rig and a PT Cruiser sent three people to the hospital.  The incident occurred on Highway 123 when a PT Cruiser moved to the shoulder of the highway to allow an 18-wheeler to pass.  As the big rig went by it clipped the PT Cruiser sending it into the path of the school bus.
